Mast section
The section section of the ZTM tower crane is equipped with an inclined climbing ladder and a hot-dip galvanized resting platform every 3 meters to ensure the safety of construction personnel.The mast section use high-quality steel tube with curve in each side, which has very good wind resistance effect. All the steel structure are processed by the short blasting & rust getting-rid-of treatment.
Cabin and electric control cabinet
Integrated cab, high-definition display, large internal space. Built-in air conditioner and electric control cabinet, electrical components adopt ABB and Schneider brand, stable operation, not easy to wear.
Welding and quality control
Automatic robot welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding are used to prevent weld cracking and improve the reliability and service life of the crane.After the steel is welded, we will also conduct magnetic particle inspection to ensure that there are no cracks
