1. Fixed tower crane foundation: Before installing the tower crane, it is necessary to build a foundation on the ground to bear the weight of the tower body and building materials.
2. Installation of tower crane basic section: the tower crane body is assembled by ordinary segments. On the ground, it is installed with a crane.
3. Installation of telescopic climbing cage: There is a relatively large metal sleeve under the crane cab, which can be completely sleeved outside the ordinary metal frame. This entire sleeve is called a climbing joint, which is equipped with a hydraulic device and can climb up the tower. When the tower crane needs to be lifted, the hydraulic device of the climbing section will be activated to make the top of the entire tower crane climb up a certain distance, and then cross the boom.
4. Install the slewing tower: On the ground, connect the upper and lower brackets, the slewing support and the slewing mechanism into a whole with bolts, and then hoist them to the tower and frame, and lock them with bolts. Lift the tower body and the top of the tower.
5. Install the cab: On the ground, first check all electrical equipment in the cab, then lift the cab above the upper bracket, and then connect the cab and the upper bracket with a pin. After installing the cab, the electrician completes the wiring of the main circuit part of the tower crane to match the rotation of the balance arm when installing the jib.
6. Install the balance jib: connect the top of the tower to the first section of the balance arm cross rod, use pins to fix the upper iron dragon rod and lower short cross rod of the crane arm cross rod on the ground, then lift and use four pins to The upper bracket is connected. Assemble the balance arm on the ground, install the lifting mechanism, electric control cabinet, and resistance box on the balance arm, connect the wires required by each part, and then lift the balance arm and hinge it with the upper bracket with a pin, and then the balance arm Lift to the installation position of the balance arm rod at a certain angle to the horizontal. After installing the balance arm tie rod, unload the tie rod.
7. Install the A-frame assembly: Lift the A-frame assembly of the ladder and platform, and first connect the front chord of the tower top to the balance arm with 4 pins.
8. Install the boom: Connect the top of the first balance arm to the cross tie rod, the upper iron dragon rod and the lower short cross tie rod of the boom with ground pins, then lift and use four pins to connect with the upper bracket. Assemble the balance arm on the ground, install the lifting mechanism, electric control cabinet, and resistance box on the balance arm, connect the wires required by each part, and then lift the balance arm and hinge it with the upper bracket with a pin, and then the balance arm Lift to the installation position of the balance arm rod at a certain angle to the horizontal. After installing the balance arm tie rod, unload the tie rod.
9. Threading wire rope and hook: After the hoisting wire rope passes through the guide pulley on the top of the tower, it bypasses the weight limiter pulley at the root of the boom, and then introduces the trolley pulley to thread the hook pulley. Finally, fix the rope end on the arm head. Then hoist the trolley to the root to make the trolley collide with the boom. Turn the small rope storage drum with gears on the trolley to tighten the traction rope as much as possible.
10. Increase the mast section: Rotate the lifting arm to the mast section of the tower body and relax the cable length slightly larger than the total climbing height; after the tower crane is installed, the jib should be rotated at different angles without load, and check the standard sections of the tower body Whether the high-strength bolts at the joints are tightened.
11. Safety equipment debugging: After the tower crane is installed, adjust the safety device according to the method and sequence indicated in the instruction manual.
