Reasons for the swing of the cart:
1. If the two motors are not burned out, one of the motors has a problem, generally compare the temperature of the two motors and check the one with the lower temperature.
2. The linkage shaft is broken or the gearbox is broken.
3. The two motors have different models.
4. One brake is broken.
5. Excessive clearance between the motor and the mechanical teeth of the contactor causes the bridge crane to swing and bounce in reverse braking and starting.
6. The resistance (rotor) wire of a motor is broken or the contact is not good.
7. The carbon brush of a motor is seriously ignited.
8. The contact of the linkage console is not in good contact.
9. There is a problem with the bearing of the big wheel or the motor.
10. There is slipping on the track again.
11. The big wheel gnaws on the rail at one side.
12. The bridge crane has a low level of manual operation.
The reason why the motor vibrates when the big car is driven to the fast gear:
1. One of the two contactors of fast gear cannot work.
2. Some of the two contacts cannot be touched.
3. Some motor carbon brushes are burned out or the rotor is broken.
4. The wire connection of the resistance gear is poor, but the swing and vibration should be relatively small.
